Nonpoint performed at Club LA in Destin, Florida on September 25th. The band is currently on The Red Tape Tour along with Zero Theorem, Hyro The Hero, and Madame Mayhem. The bands current lineup includes Elias Soriano – Lead Vocals, Robb Rivera – Drums, Rasheed Thomas – Guitar, and Adam Woloszyn – Bass. Nonpoint, formed in 1997 by Soriano and Rivera, has released 10 albums over the last 20 years starting with Statement in 2000 and most recently X in 2018.
Nonpoint took the stage after great performances by the opening bands warmed up the crowd. Soriano had the crowd rocking from the start with shouts of “let me see those hands” and “put those hands in the air” and that’s where they stayed the entire night. Fans had their fists in the air, bouncing up and down throughout the show with smiles on their faces. Soriano made of point of interacting with the crowd between each and every song.
The band put on a great show lasting for an hour and ten minutes. The set list included their top 40 hits What A Day, Your Signs, The Truth, Bullet With A Name, Alive and Kicking, Miracle, That Day, and Breaking Skin. After the last song, Soriano and the rest band laid on the stage so their tour photographer could take a selfie photo of the band with the crowd. They met with fans after the show taking photos and signing autographs. The Red Tape Tour continues through October 13th where it concludes in Joliet, Illinois.
